    "India’s cybercrime coordination centre directed GitHub to disable three Bitchat repository URLs within three hours. The notice, dated 23 July and published by project co-creator Jack Dorsey, invoked Section 79(3)(b) of the Information Technology Act and Rule 3(1)(d) of the 2021 intermediary rules.
